Can I BCC email sends to a customer support inbox?
Yes, this is possible. To do so you simply need to add the email you want to have emails be delivered to in your Email Settings.
Enabling BCC
- 1 In your [Email Settings](javascript: Rejoiner.components["notify_module"].show("Customer interface links are disabled in the public docs repository.", "info");), go to Email BCC Options.
- 2 Then enable the BCC options and add the email address you'd like for us to BCC all your email sends.
